Had an issue with one of our bus's wiring. Joe was attentive and extremely helpful. Followed up with me immediately when he needed to research some more information and kept in contact with me throughout the repair. I won't hesitate to call again with any issues that may arise!
I have purchased multiple used buses and shuttle buses from this company. Every purchased vehicle has been ready to work for my company the day I bought it. The vehicle I last purchased still had the wheelchair hoist in it and told my sales rep Mike I didn’t need it the day before I picked it up. The following morning when I took delivery the hoist had been removed at no extra charge. You can’t beat that kinda service. We are lucky enough to have purchased two busses from Northwest Bus Sales. A big one a little bluebird! Very professional, very friendly, top notch customer service. They set you at ease and offer super fun test drives. We love our two busses so much! This is the place to find your dream Skoolie. We will always come back to this place!
