My friend purchase a trailer brand new for 21k in 2000. I called to get set-up instructions as he passed it over to me. I know how to set them up and level them but the City wants instructions from the manufacturer. Long story short, they want $500 to get the "engineer" to "draft the prints". A bunch of BS. I'm sure they have these on file. You're going to tell me every customer that buys a brand new office needs to pay $500 if they misplace their set-up instructions?
