My experience was good. Greg was very nice to work with. This was my first time building a barndominium and thought these guys were very nice to work with. The driver was and put the trusses where I wanted them. Part of their delivery is putting the trusses on the top plate but due to size and wait, we didn’t dare to put all of them up there. Truss delivery was originally scheduled for early June, then changed to early July. Delivery was rescheduled for late June. But very last minute. One double truss needed to be hammered due to splitting apart. Driver dumped Trusses on the ground and refused to crane them in place, he said we only get an hour - even though we had to fix damaged trusses. This was special service, in the words of the driver: "normally I would say f' you and drive off." Lots of extra expense now, will never use these guys again.

Great Truss company! They are working hard through lumber shortages to keep prices reasonable and schedules on track.
