I have wrestled with writing this review for 5 years but feel I owe it to people having problems. I will make it short & to the point. I had had two previous major back surgeries & was in dire need when I saw these physicians for help. Called at first were returned in an untimely fashion. A week or more in between. These people are arrogant and apathetic. They show little care for the emotional side of patient care. They are robotic in response to questions and do little to promulgate patient care. They punt the patient to PCP and give little care to what the patient is experiencing. In three words: out of touch! Update: the support/admin team is even worse.
