Daniel did a great job!
First time ever being there. Happy that my phone call was returned that alone spoke volumes. Secondly, I got squeezed in and accepted as a walk-in which to me meant tons considering I had no idea how many places in yelm are closed on Sunday for haircuts especially being a military town. Kali did an amazing job even with the time constraints for me as a did it during my lunch and between her next appt! Love the haircut and truly had a big heart for accepting me last minute. I will be going there from now on !
Courtney is my go-to barber and does an absolutely amazing job on hair and beard. I have heard great things about the other barbers there as well but really only can speak to my experience with Courtney. Again, she is Amazing!
1 star disappointing experience I stopped by this barber shop because it said they accept walk ins. When I came in I asked if they took walk ins and was told yes but that they were fully booked and I could make an appointment for later that day. I understood and went back to my car to look for another barber. I sat in the parking lot for at least thirty minutes and noticed the same barber sitting inside the whole time with no customer in the chair. It left me confused and frustrated. I walked in earlier this morning at around 9:04am. First time customer. Nobody greets me or anything, I sit there for 30 minutes patiently scrolling on my phone because the google page says they accept walk ins. The female barber working in front of me looks right at me after finishing up a client and starts cleaning up her area, then she lets a random customer sit down in the chair without anyone speaking to me even once.
