Suzy has been over the top kind and helpful, assisting my elderly Mom. She helped when Dad passed away, transferring all of their joint accounts into Mom's name. She helped Mom with getting her debit and credit cards set up, and followed up to ensure that Mom didn't need any further assistance activating cards. The Worst bank to do business with. I tried to renew my loan that was assigned to an individual by the name of Bobby Slavens whom was always absent, never answered or returned calls and unwilling to give a hand. I also reached out to upper management to ask for help and nobody returned any of my multiple calls. Response to the owner: Nobody tried to ever call me back and never got a voice mail. I visited the Kimberly Road location today, the 14th of June. I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation to Ms. Ariel Ward. She went above and beyond to assist me with notorizing some legal documents and to also help me get those documents scanned to my attorney who is in another state. She turned a very stressful situation for me into something so simple with her assistance. She took a major load off my shoulders. Ariel was extremely kind, considerate and compassionate. We ended up, leaving our last bank because of the terrible customer service that we received. We chose to bank with Northwest Bank and trust, and every experience that we have had with them has been amazing. Every employee has been friendly and helpful and kind. We have not experienced the issues that we had to deal with at our last bank. I’m so glad that we chose to bank here.
