It says open at 8:30 I called at 8:40 and you get voicemail that there office is currently closed. Than you try to call head office Northwest and your on hold for hours. Maybe time to change banks.
They need to be open til 5 pm most of us work past 4 pm and can't wait until Fridays to talk to someone in person maybe open until 6 on Fridays maybe to 12 pm on Saturdays
