There is ALWAYS something going on with my money and they never call or anything. Closed my main account and never told me. Called wonder where my account went on app so I could get my disability money and they said oh we closed that 20 days prior. They lied to my husband about our money coming in cuz earlier last week hubby called they told him he should check back in a few days. Staff is unhelpful and have no idea why a lot of issues and security breaches keep happen. Garbage bank. Avoid at all costs!
Beware this bank & avoid at all costs. I would recommend doing your banking anywhere else but here. I opened an account & deposited some money that was left untouched for years. In more recent years they decided without my knowledge to start charging a fee depleting my funds. Go elsewhere to avoid a similar scenario.
I have an account there and went there for a personal loan. I was denied because whoever they call to decide said that my credit score was WAY lower than it actually is. The guy I was dealing with told me to go to their mobile app and see what it says. I went to my car and did so AND it said my score was 67 points higher than the genius on the phone said it was.
