RecommendedWe need to give a HUGE shoutout to Ryan Schlabs | Mortgage Loan Originator. HE was on a recent closing and literally saved the whole thing - had an appraiser that wasn't getting it done and it could've been a disaster - Ryan made things works against all odds. Now he's on a current pending and already got us an appraisal waiver and the closing date moved up. Get organized. Of all the banks I have had in the past 50+ years, the merger with Mutual bank has caused several big problems and great inconveniences. I Had to bank in Warsaw on a Saturday and all customers were funneled into one branch [Center St]. The wait was so long a driver in the car next to me actually fell asleep. Prior to this I had driven to the supposedly open branch near Walmart and discovered no tellers but a video teller. They've always been extremely helpful and very friendly. They are a large bank but offer so much in terms of personal customer service, especially the Sioux City and LeMars locations.
