Tried to cash a check. The teller didn't listen to my request. She was more worried about putting my drivers license in her computer than looking at my existing accounts. Messed up cashing my check. Had to get another teller to vail her out. 20+ years a customer. No apology for her screw-up. I looked at her and said if you would have listened to begin with you wouldn't have had all theses problems. Northwest has gone down hill badly. Time for a new bank?
