Northwest Bank Lockport New York. I would not hesitate to recommend this bank to anyone. From branch manager Rick (and I can't forget to mention Chris,!)to the tellers and everyone in between. Kind, professional, patient, understanding. 10/10 as far as I'm concerned!
Customer service is non existent.
Gouged me with 4 or more overdraft charges when I've only gone in the red once or twice before and was getting paid the next day.
