Fast and friendly! Clean facilities and easy to find.
They were able to schedule me in within a few days, the office location was convenient at the airport, and they got me in and out on the day of the appointment. I will use Northwest Aviation Medicine in the future.
The initial prep things were finished in 5 min, but I waited over an hour to see the doctor. No communication until I said I would have to reschedule. Then I saw doctor. No one in the office seemed to notice or care I was in waiting room…waiting.
Fast, friendly, efficient. I checked on their website and booked an appointment for a couple of hours later!
