It's no surprise that Tom and his "team" are continuing to be narcissists towards dissatisfied customers. Tom is a US Veteran, but has NO respect for other US Veterans unless they have DEEP pockets! Also, why did it take him 2 years to replace his storm-damaged business sign? It's very bad business to run your shop without its name sign. And now, for certain people, Tom is accepting "cash only"? Tom made me feel like I wasn’t being scammed like many auto repair places have made me feel. He was so friendly and explained everything openly and honestly. I feel like his costs are very reasonable and for once I felt glad to have spent money to have my car repaired. I will absolutely return to him and will continue to do so.

I called Northwest Automotives based on their ratings and boy was I wowed with my experience. My Cadillac had been running roughly and the Cadillac Service center in Edmond didn’t return my call. I googled mechanics, reviewed the ratings and stumbled upon a gem! I will definitely be back. I didn’t know Tom was the owner but he explained the problem, communicated on a level that I could understand and I no longer have that awful service engine soon light on!
