Raoul is an extremely helpful person and they do enough business they aren't constantly attempting to extract money from you in every way possible.
Doug & Raoul are fair, helpful, explain things in plain language, have clear & logical pricing & have delivered for us on multiple repairs on multiple family vehicles. They are doing a full warranty engine replacement for my F-150 & have preserved through a lot of red-tape to make it work & advocate for me as the customer.
