Not as great as all these other reviews would suggest. We were called "family" and it seemed that way at first. But hidden behind the big smiles, friendly talk, and assurances were many hidden fees, higher borrowing rates than expected, then lack of support after purchase. Specifically, we were told the car had no issues but we've had several since the purchase.We were told there were two fobs but only one actually had a key? Ben and his team are amazing, we purchased a VW Golf for our kids about a month ago. Ben is a no BS, no pressure guy, he stands 100% behind the cars he sells. Once committed you are part of the family and treated as such. The cars are pristine and well taken care of, once purchased and new brakes and tires are required they will be provided as stated. Ben and his staff from the moment I stepped foot in the door went above and beyond with customer service. I was not treated as a “number” or “just another sale”, Ben is so personable and relatable and such a kind man.
