Though this may seem a little unfair as we did not really get a chance to work with this business. However as a public service we want to share our experience. We arrived at the dealership shortly after 6 on Monday Feb 23rd and the two gents left to cover customers were locking up. Amazing spot with a solid roster of reasonably priced, quality cars and great customer service. Purchase a VW from Ben and am very satisfied. They care about their cars and customers, highly recommend.
Good customer service
Total waist of time. They advertised a car online as coming soon. I wanted it and spoke to them twice about when it would be arriving. When I didn’t hear back from them in a day and called back I found out it was sold a couple hours earlier because somebody just “walked in”. I called a week ahead of time, ready to walk in and buy it but no, they had to waste my time. Save yourself the trouble and stay away.
