my wife has a 13' Volvo xc60 that my go to shop in klamath falls won't work on (they've dumped all euro car repairs/service). we had a big red exclamation light come on with battery symbol too. thought it was going to be alternator (via Google). Travis was super helpful. I told him the deal and he went out of his way to squeeze us in for a deep diagnostic.
