Autohaus took great care of my BMW X3! I recommend them highly! Very professional! They communicated well, told me the problem that my car had and they didn’t try to charge me for extra services (which the dealership had). They are very nice, professional and charge fair prices. I will definitely be going back!
Audi owner here that always used the dealership for service. NW Autohaus gave my Audi amazing service and went over everything like the dealership would. I’m a woman and always leery of some automotive places. Jason put the diagnostic machine on my Audi to find out what the idiot light on the dash was (low tire pressure). Hello, I called Jason about a month ago, wanted to go in but, needed to a delay because of the holidays. Finally went in today January 2, 2025 for an oil leak in my 2017 VW Golf Wolfsburg Edition. Jason said he could take a look at it and they put it up in the air on one of their racks. Before 20 minutes past by, he drove my car up to the front door came in, showed me a picture of the leak, and it was the oil pan plug. I’m not a leave a review kind of person, but NW Autohaus is worth the time to review and support. These guys are great! I just got a BMW E39 M5 and they helped me get it all set up the way I wanted. They communicated very well and were adamant to understand what I wanted so they could get it dialed in at the best price possible. These are clearly car guys who know their stuff. Sure it took some time, but it turned out great. Stoked to find a great euro car shop in the valley, will definitely be back again. Thanks guys!
