Customer Service – Northwest Auto & Tire has worked with Dave and we have reached an amicable resolution. The aftermarket equipment used to reset tire pressure monitors does not come with documentation identifying the few vehicles that it is not compatible with. This lack of information required Dave to take the vehicle to a dealership for resetting. We have reimbursed this expense and have also made a full refund for the parts and labor used. Look somewhere else for your repairs – I took my car for a simple repair, I paid out an arm and leg for the service and not even one month later I was returning with the same problem. They did the second repair free because of the guaranteed work they provide. It was about one week after this repair and I began having the exact same problem so I took the car to a dealership to have them see what the exact cause was, turns out that this shop installed the wrong parts... Auto service you can trust. – Northwest Automotive has been my car repair shop since 1975. I go there because I trust the service I get by the professionals on staff. Everyone from the front office to the mechanics is competent, professional and friendly.
