TERRIBLE collision center. Refused to give my car to insurance which held up the process. Obviously this place only cares about storage fees and will NOT turn your car over to insurance for as long as possible.
if you’re in an accident; NEVER LET YOUR CAR GET TOWED HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL NEVER let you come get your things out your car if it turns out to be totaled. NEVER LET THEM TOW YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!!! NEVER!!!! It’s been 2 weeks of me trying to get my things out my car. Even though they say they’re open 24/7, they never answer the phone and no one is ever at the window when I get there! I wish I could call the police on them. Because at this point they STOLE MY CAR and all my personal items in it.
If your car gets taken here take it out asap. They will scam you and trick you in to paying more. They see how stressed the people are specially women and have you sing thinking your car is being released to the insurance (in case of accidents) but they actually have you sign another form giving them permission to work on your vehicle and make you pay more in order to release it to you. That’s how they make their money, by scamming people.
