They towed my vehicle that was taken unauthorized while I was not home for a couple of weeks and when I finally was able to locate it online, I went to pay and was told I couldn't get my vehicle that night, I came back the next morning and paid $600 & went back and my vehicle was wrecked and undeliverable. I immediately asked for my money back and was told no, I would have to hire a wrecker service to take my vehicle out and they will charge me everyday until it goes to auction.
