Amazing customer service! I walked in thinking i was going to pay a fourtune for all the repairs i needed done on my car. I needed an oil change, new brakes, tire rotation, new wipers, and a transmission flush. I've been to both of their locations down 290 and on west road and might i say they are the friendliest of all businesses. They gave me an excellent deal on all the repairs i needed and even gave me a rental car for the time they were fixing my car. I was able to pick my car up the next day! If you are looking for a mechanic... These guys always do a terrific job on my car. Their labor charge is much better than the dealership rate. They are honest and extremely focused on customer service.When I absolutely could not be without transportation while they worked on my car, they actually let me borrow one of the manager's car. Wow! Give them a try, they are right next to Sams on West. You won't be disappointed.
AMAZING! I love the work they did on my car! recently it was put under new management and they are just amazing and their prices were great!!!! I had a transmission problem in my car and it took them no time at all to get it fixed. Any time i need an oil change, i just show them my key tag that lets me be apart of the "oil change club" and i get an automatic discount! High prices, not sure about quality I actually was disappointed with the prices. Today, when I stopped in the morning, after bargaining, the manager dropped the price on front and rear brakes combined by $40. Later in the afternoon, after I picked up the car, I called Joe Meyer's Toyota dealership 4 blocks away, and asked for a quote on things done at Northwest (front and rear pads and rear rotors). Very Good I took my car when it wouldn't start he fixed the problem and it was really resnoable price, staff was very friendly and they were very very nice.
This place is great!!! We and other family members have brought our cars here to Northwest Auto and they are AWESOME! They are very helpful and they get the job done right and very quick! I highly recommend this place!
Car Repair Northwest Car Repair is wonderful. I took my car there to have the air conditioner fixed they were very reasonable and it took them only a day to fix it. They are conviently located off of Hwy 290 and West Road. Now my air works like a charm ...Thank God!
