I have a really bad experience They sold me a car with a lot issues One of the main problems was the AC no working I bring my car to them more than 3 time and AC never got fixed I called the guy manager who’s sold me that car He end up talking to me Prentending and acting like tough guy, telling me that I buy the car in that condition so that is my responsibility to figure it out ,this is how you treat people now ? auto empire used to be a good dealer But no anymore with all those new seller So disappointing
The sales staff are amazing!!! You usually can’t say that with any car dealer, but they worked a fair deal on a purchase that we just made and were straight up with me despite my being a 100% disabled veteran. They were very respectful regarding my service, which you don’t hear that anymore. I will make my next purchase here too. They also have some pretty cool cars too! Chuck
