I’ve been to Northwest for battery, brakes , and more. Always solved quickly and for a fair price. Darryl is very knowledgeable and great at explaining what they did, preventative measures, etc. I don’t take my car anywhere else if I can help it!!

I'm an automotive business owner myself and needed some help with task I couldn't complete with my apparatus, so I I called around and it 5pm shops close at 6. He took my call, told me to come though he did inform me he had an important meeting to attend, but all in all he helped me didn't charge me and was what we all wish to be which is a good person. Thanks so much!
