We attempted to have this shop repair some damage on our son's car after he hit a deer. From the beginning, the communication was lacking- we could not get a return phone call, nobody seemed to know what was going on, or their voicemail was full and we could not leave a message. They told us to drop the car off on a specific date and when we called for an update later that day, the woman laughed and said it was not a one day job. I have to say, I did not have the best experience with them - Extremely rude. If you truly value quality customer service, honesty, and getting your car back in a reasonable amount of time (understanding that there may be hiccups), you may want to choose another auto body shop in Yakima. Treating your customers well is key. Simple, simple.
