Appointment was for 9:15 arrived at 9 to check in. Didn't get to leave until 11:50. All that time wasted just to be told to observe and come back in 6 months. No thank you. I live an hour away. This basically took my whole day for an eye exam.
Dr Dellacroce and staff were excellent today! I had retina tears and was referred on Tuesday to NWA retina specialist. They called two hours after my referral and got me into their office the day after the referral and Dr. Dellacroce with laser surgery repaired my retina. A no warning unexpected eye issue is scary. I am very thankful for their immediate help and attention to my case. I feel I am in good hands!
The doctor is not good at what he does. A little background, I have retina lattice degeneration, which means I have very small holes at the very far edge of my retina. I was diagnosed by a specialist in California, he took less than 3mins to examine my retina with the magnifying glass after he saw my test result picture. The doctor here though, ordered same or similar tests, took forever examining my eye and told me I'm fine.
