As a mother, I was extremely disappointed by my experience here. When I needed to change my daughter, there was no baby changing pad or station available. Was I really expected to change her on the bathroom floor? For a business that presents itself as high-end, this felt incredibly dehumanizing. My daughter was crying uncontrollably, and I was forced to take her outside and change her in the backseat of my car. With the cold temperatures, this also put her at risk of getting sick. I struggle with endodontic work because of previously traumatic procedures, but northwest Arkansas endodontic specialists was incredible. They took great care to ensure my comfort and ability to complete the procedures necessary. I highly recommend them.
I’ve had a series of unfortunate events when it comes to my teeth, and thankfully I’ve had NWA Endodontic Specialists to lean on. I was previously treated starting in 2018 by one of Dr. Toole’s partners. The care was fine and got the job done, but when he was unavailable for my next treatment, I was scheduled with Dr. Katherine Toole — and that turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. both root canals punctured into gums, resulting in a severe gum infection. tooth had to be pulled as a result. To be fair, provider noted that the tooth was in bad shape to begin with and was difficult procedure. was refunded for majority of root canal procedure. Staff were very nice and understanding.
