Excellent care! The entire staff was kind, informative, and what we absolutely needed in this area!
Horrible experience, from the moment we walked-in the techs said our pet had a skull fracture. We waited for 10 to 15 min or so, the tech asked us to pick him up off the floor and take him to the exam table the tech said a complete exam would be preform, 2 min later the Vet came to give us the assumption of a snake bite, mind you she hasn’t even noticed a bite on his neck until we informed her of it, they told us that with the complete exam he was gonna be clipped and that was not done either, but she wanted to do an x-ray t... read more
Place was phenomenal with my sphynx. Very kind and knowledgable vets and techs. Took their time to explain everything in great detail to my understanding. Answered any questions I may have had. Gives multiple quotes to see what you can afford before doing everything behind the scenes and getting hit with a bill. Assured me multiple times before leaving that they were open late for any phone calls for questions I may have after going home. The bill wasn't anything crazy. Would 10/10 use this place again and suggest to others!
I would recommend this place 100 times over. They were so great and incredibly gentle with my dog. While we were waiting, they even brought out a blanket for him and took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me. Now, two weeks later, we just had his stitches removed, and the work they did looks amazing. Everything healed perfectly. And he is now pain free. I took the time to read all the negative reviews before leaving mine because quite honestly I’m flabbergasted that anyone could have had such awful experiences at this fantastic facility. It’s terrifying when your fur babies are ill and you can’t get to your regular vet after hours, and I understand how people don’t always process the information they’re receiving under that pressure.
