I am attaching the cease and desist letter that was sent from the lawyer representing NWA Windows and Siding. I do not appreciate being bullied to take down a review that was written in good faith. I will not be taking down my review. I find it disturbing that a business would resort to this kind of behavior. This is my last edit: Well after about 12 visits, 3 years, and having to have drywall replaced because of mold caused by poorly installed windows, we now have windows that appear to do the job. NWA Windows and Siding did a terrific job replacing 45 windows and adding siding to our dormers. I’ve been impressed with the quality of the windows and we’ve experienced a 20 percent savings in our monthly electric bill, so far. The crew was efficient, friendly and kept the job site clean. Overall, the value was very good. High quality and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

Northwest Arkansas Windows and Siding gave my home the facelift it needed! Love it! The whole process was amazing! Front door and windows.
Northwest Arkansas windows and siding did the Windows and Siding on our home and we love it! Then a year later we had them come back and do the gutters also and those are just as good! Work was done timely and crew was polite and respectful. I’ll use them again for any siding and window needs!
