5* Exceptional Service, Compassion and Genuine Care Since relocating to Calgary, we have visited approximately seven veterinary clinics in search of the right fit for our three-year-old girl, and after extensive research, we are thrilled to have found North West Animal Hospital. If I could give this Animal Hospital a 10 I would!! Dr. Bath and his assistant were so empathetic and caring towards my special dog Lila and myself. The attention to detail, the understanding and exceptional caring way they looked after Lila and explained things to me will never be forgotten. The follow up the next day to see how she was doing was above and beyond! I would recommend them to everyone!!
While we lost our pet and it has been absolutely devastating since we had just relocated, Dr Bath was absolutely phenomenal in getting us an accurate diagnosis but more importantly giving us a precious two weeks with our pet. We will forever be grateful for that. We highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Bath. Absolutely spot on and accurate with every issue.
Dr. Bath and his team are phenomenal. They provide excellent care as well as a kind compassionate environment for both pet and human. I had to bring my lab retriever in 3 times over 5 days due to some concerning, evolving issues. Dr. Bath and his team went above and beyond to ensure Elly was taken care of and comfortable in the process. He took the time to explain all tests, procedures, and what the best path forward was. His compassion and genuine concern for his patients is evident in everything he does. I would highly rec... read more
