This place is awesome I would recommend it, everyone is always kind and caring. They don’t price gouge you either, only what is a necessary. I have written this post before this yp site is so messed up hard to write a review.
When I scheduled my appointment, there was a mix up for when I needed it. So I arrived a week earlier than when my appointment was for. However, instead of sending me home, they got my kitty and I taken care of right away anyway. The vet (I believe her name was Kathy) and the front desk clerk where both very nice and prompt in getting us taken care of. The hospital is staffed by a rude secretary. She has been gruff and cold every time I've been there. The building on the outside is in a very bad state of repair: needs paint, gardening major overhaul, the sign is falling apart, the parking lot is very cracked with grass growing up in the cracks, the area is in need of a good sweep up too. The vet I saw the other day was very nice. He is temporary though. The hospital is up for sale. So far the actual care of the animals has been good. That's what matters most.
Brought my cat here for 1st checkup and de-claw at ~11mo of age. At time of setting up appointment I asked for pricing for shots, stool and all four de-claw. I dropped off cat at time of checkup and the staff was reluctant to allow me to accompany the cat during initial checkup and shots. This was my first time here at this establishment so being able to see how my cat is handled and get to know the vet a little was extremely important.
