Excellent group. Very professional and thoughtful.
Poor experience with payment practices.
It was a surprise to have so many entities that I owed to after a surgery but thankfully, NWAP is amazing at working with you to make payments. A simple phone call and good ol fashioned communication goes a long ways. They set up a payment plan with me and as long as I'm making those monthly payments, all is well. :)
They neglect to tell you that they dont accept the same insurance as your surgeon till after the procedure.
