Like others said, the physician was great. The office staff not so much. They didn't bill the correct code for my son's surgery in October of last year. I have called numerous times; the office in OKC is not willing to help. Their billing office is a joke. It is now March, the bill still has not been resubmitted though I have asked them to do so several times. The physician was great.......Office Staff, not so much! They billed my routine screening procedure which is paid at 100%, as diagnostic which is paid at a much lower rate by my insurance company. I received 2 bills, 1 for over $900 and another for over $400. I've called many, many times to have them re-submit correctly. THEY LIE and say they do, but my insurance company never received the new correct claim. Then they turned me over to a collection agency.

Like others, Northwest submitted a claim to my insurance company with the wrong coding. After months of phone calls they still have not changed the coding. They claimed to have called my surgeon, they didn't. BCBS called them to get the coding corrected to no avail. The billing is done by a third party in Ft Worth, you will receive calls from Utah and then they turn you over to collections. Do NOT let your surgeon use Northwest. You as the patient have the right to select who you use. Stay away from this organization.
