Poor communication among clerical staff. Had an appointment scheduled for 13:30, called this facility to cancelled or reschedule the appointment and was given the option to come at 15:45. I drove 2 hours for a visit with a potential PCP just to be sent back that they didn't have any openings. They didn't respond to the voicemail I left after being transferred for the appointment rescheduling. To be fair maybe I should have waited for a call back or response to my voicemail prior to making the long trip. That being said, ther... read more
I have had outstanding care here. The staff are helpful, and I never have a problem getting in to see my PCP, Nancy Sullivan. She is outstanding, but she is retiring, which makes me a bit sad. But I have always had a good experience with this facility and the staff so I will continue to be seen here.
