I didn't have a good experience. And I will never go back. The receptionist were not nice at all on the phone nor in person either.
I use to like it, been going there for a few years and they switched me to a new Dr. I didn't have a choice, her name is Dr.Sherry and she is not nice and unprofessional, I will never go back here again and the receptionist are so rude over the phone and in person.
I actually really liked it in the beginning, been going for a couple of years but recently I've noticed a lot. The wait time is now over one hour, even if you're in pain they make you wait. Rude receptionist at the front desk even on the phone. It seems like they treat their White patients better than their Black patients and I'm disgusted by them, especially Dr. Sherry, she's new and she is not the nicest person. I'll find a new Dr.
I had a bad experience with one of the Dr.'s there her name is Dr.Sherry. And when she left the room she went up to one of the girls at the front desk and told her everything we discussed, smh SO UNPROFESSIONAL and disgusting!! The Dr. even accused me of something she knew nothing about, the visit seemed more personal than her actually carrying about my health, and trying to help me, I'm glad I stood up for myself and I did it in nice way, I didn't yell at her, but I could of, she said some very ignorant statements.
