Great friendly staff and treatment good
We go to the Muscle Shoals office and have a very caring staff. Shout out to our nurse, Amy and Vickie who administers treatments. The doctors are kind and work well with my husbands oncologist at MDAnderson. The front desk employees are very busy and professional but we love Daphanne. We miss Jenn who now works a job closer to her home. She was one of our personal angels. If you ever think someone lacks people skills give them a chance by breaking the ice with a smile or a joke. This is in regards to their front desk workers. They appear to have poor people and communication skills. Area problems I have personally experienced is; Insurance approvals do not get filed timely and prescriptions for treatment does not get ordered timely resulting in delayed treatment. Don’t expect an apology for the bad service. Do expect unfriendly faces and blame for their mistakes being put on someone else.
