I had a disappointing experience with Northwest Air Duct Cleaning. I was told that they would clean my washer and dryer vents for free since I was referred through referral. When I asked if the work had been completed, I was told, “Yes, we already cleaned the washer/dryer vent.” But when I checked the next day, the vent was still completely full—clearly untouched.
