I hired this company after watching the video on their website showing the equipment they’d use for cleaning duct work. The video showed they’d use new technology, which included a clear plastic cover completely covering the floor vent. The vacuum hose would be attached to the cover so I could see, in real time, the debris being removed. However, when JR, the technician started, he said my vents weren’t dirty enough to warrant the sealed covers.
