Absolutely useless, only cool for the first 4 months, he was willing to come back to refilled gas, refused to come back to looked at it after 2nd time same happen again. He didn't have a clue what it was, and couldn't even bother to answer the phone. When finally got in touch, told us nothing he could do as he is retired. Do not trust this guy or warranty given. This is why I want to repost review.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Mike provided excellent, honest advice around what was (and wasn't) needed. The purchase and installation cost Mike quoted, seemed spot-on; fair and feeling 'just right' for the job in hand. Installation was smooth and trouble-free and the impact - instant. Wow! Mike installed our air conditioning unit yesterday. Absolutely perfect. Punctual, polite, clean and tidy worker. Explained everything to us. Highly recommend.
Mike has fitted a new Mitsubishi system to replace an old installation which no longer worked, he gave good advise on the best options available. He removed the old equipment and completed the new installtion within 5 days of my giving the go ahead for the work to start.
If I could give 10 stars I would! First class job, Mike is excellent cant fault his work or his expertise
