I had a problem with my Henry’s 22lr for repositioning the lever. The owner of the shop took a look and fixed it easily right away. He didn’t want to charge me for anything. He is pretty nice man and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place for your gun needs!

This is the company you’re looking for. The Owner, Mason, stands behind his work and has made North West Action Works a true gem in the customization field. Six years ago they worked closely with me to build my first custom rifle and created an absolute head turner. I recently discovered a small flaw. Mason and his team went above and beyond to correct the work. I am beyond impressed with their customer service and product quality. I plan to personally petition the White House to award them a sixth review star.
Placed an order with them back in May for a barreled action. Covid slowed things down and there was some miscommunication but once everything was sorted out they really made a great effort to make things right. Mason is a great guy and went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had. Thank you!
