We have been here twice. The first time we had a decent experience. The second time, they could not find my son’s veins. He was screaming crying to the point where he was choking, I asked to take a break and got an attitude for that later. I was told he’s gonna cry regardless so you can’t interrupt, even though the waiting area was empty. Additionally, both phlebotomists who attempted the second time were touching the area with non sterile gloves repeatedly. I would give 5 stars to the front desk staff and phlebotomists, but overall 3 stars to Northwell Labs. I have had so many issues with them getting my results to my doctors. I am over them, and good luck with getting your medical records.
Bushra was amazing! I barely felt the needle. I get blood tests every 3 months and this was by far the best I've had in years!
