I would like to complain due to it was my very first time at this lab. I didn’t know the procedure and the receptionist whom was also my for Black phlebotomist wasn’t welcoming and rude. I shouldn’t have experienced this at all.
The nurse was very rude to me, it was quite unprofessional. She had an upset expression the entire time, which made me very uncomfortable. She was very unpleasant which made the experience unpleasant.
Minimal wait time (I scheduled online), pleasant staff, skilled phlebotomists
Just left the lab. We have been coming here with my autistic sons now 22 yo. The phlebotomists are great. However, one phlebotomist this morning looked very afraid but Ana saved the day. Ana took over and she is always great!! Thank you Ana!!
