Poor service and over priced.
Did a walk up to get tested yesterday. Stood in line for over an hour. I was about third in line to enter when a lady stormed out saying they are only taking people with appointments. I went to the door and tried to get the attention of the receptionist; she didn’t even raise her head. I eventually got the attention of the nurse who affirmed they are only doing appointments and the wait time for walk up is six hours if I wanted to wait. I had a bad experience with this clinic which I would like to share. I sent my daughter to get a physical, the nurse practitioner that saw her didn't take her time and did not gather all of her medical history. I don't understand how can a clinic work that way, when a patient or client goes for the first time they should at least sit them down and be able to gather all her medical history.
