Dr. Gregg Kaplan is a phenomenal professional who really listens to his patients, does an extremely high quality and most thorough evaluation, and prescribes a thoughtful, individually tailored series of exercises. So far I have had only five sessions and I have made incredible progress when it comes to strength and flexibility. Gregg and his team are the ultimate professionals. It’s Week 11 since my reverse shoulder replacement surgery and Gregg is helping me get my affected shoulder mobilized. He tailors special home exercises for me, which I do at home and I also come in on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for physical therapy. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is inured and who would like to regain mobility and use of their affected body part. Thank you Gregg and team for making me feel seen and heard and for helping me in my recovery.
The physical therapy provided here is great! I am a patient of Gregg Kaplan’s and followed him here from the Bayside location post surgery. Although I only see Gregg, I can tell the other PTs are good, and all of the staff have good bedside manner. The front desk staff are also professional and courteous.
Very professional and courteous staff. Enjoyed working with Gregg and Gloria.
