Their staff was incredible. They couldn’t have been any nicer.
The person at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. We had a good experience in the past, which is the reason we decided to come back. But the front desk staff's attitude will throw you off. Customers need to be treated with respect and kindness, not with attitude and rudeness. Northwell should look into who they hire for this job. Very very disappointing experience.
STARS Rehabilitation at Eisenhower Park is great. The therapists are knowledgeable, thorough and easy to speak with. I know that I’m in the best care there.
Can't say enough about the care, treatment and professionalism of the staff at Stars Rehab @ Eisenhower Park. From Azayna & Deanna at the front desk making appts. and checking me in, to Physical Therapists Bridget, Giancarlo, Christian and Nick, as well as the PT assistants, all have contributed to my progress during the course of my treatment. I highly recommend Stars Rehab for your Physical Therapy needs and have no doubt I'll be back again in the future.
