I’d like to thank this office for the care I received getting a biopsy last week. Everyone I came in contact with was so kind, answering all the questions that I didn’t even know to ask. The nurses kept checking in on me and when the Dr stepped away they talked about him-saying how much they like him! Such a positive experience.

Procedures I’ve undergone have been prompt, efficient and professional. The only issue I’ve encountered is being around very impatient people who cannot stand to wait even 5 minutes beyond their appointed time. And they seem to think the pre procedure room is for them only. SMDH. Such entitlement! Only once I encountered a delay being seen and only once I had an ultrasound tech that I interpreted as judgmental and snarky. I said nothing to her but there won’t be a second time for her with me.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Northwell Reichert. Six months ago, I was instructed by their technicians and doctors to return for a follow-up breast and thyroid ultrasound. Trusting their recommendation, I scheduled my appointment and took time out of my day to attend. Upon arrival, I checked in and was asked to change into a gown.
