While the staff doing your tests are all wonderful the billing department is a nightmare. Every time in the last 3 years my husband and I have been sent in for preventive screening that should be no cost to us if billed as a screening they have been billing them as diagnostic even though every time the prescription from the doctor says screening. When you ask them to resubmit it to the insurance with the proper diagnostic codes for a screening they refuse and you have to get your insurance company on the phone with them, and... read more
Don’t call here lady on the phone was VERY rude , called 2 weeks ago get a an appointment and said i needed a conformation from the doctor to get the appointment scheduled, waited 30mins on the phone and lady hung up the phone after waiting for so long. Call another office but not this one 👎
Terrible admin staff, no one ever responds or answers the phone calls.
