One of the worst medical experience my husband has ever had. Frank scheduled a physical with Dr. Palermo on 8/27/24 and thorough blood work was done. Going into Labor Day weekend, we did not expect to hear back that week. The entire next week passed without Dr. Palermo or a nurse calling us back to go over the bloodwork which is one of the most important aspects of a physical.
