I made an appointment for a gastroenterologist, and I was looking foward for this appointment since I didn’t feel well my primary doctor give a referral for this specialist. we were here 2 times and both times had problems The first time was excessive wait in to the examing room for a test. We had problem the 2nd time that appointment was cancelled without the caregivers knowledge. I talked a supervisor whose actions was charged the patients phone #for any upcoming appointments by sending a text about upcoming appointment. But no text about the cancellation. The supervisor didn't offer solution like to fit the elderly patient in She only wanted to change phone #.What a joke
