Staff is incredibly incompetent. I drove 45 minutes for an ultrasound appointment only to be told the technician didn’t come in and all appointments were canceled. I never received a call, and they also failed to even enter my appointment into their system. I ended up wasting an hour and a half of my day driving there and back for absolutely nothing.
