I’m a huge fan of Dr. Baqir - she’s kind, goes the extra mile, and clearly cares about her patients. The staff have generally been nice, but I’ve had mixed experiences. First, I was hit with a bill after being told my annual physical would be covered by insurance (which is the norm). I should have been told of this bill before getting this test done that isn’t normally covered — not sure if that’s the fault of Dr. Baqir or the staff. Dr Baqir is the best physician I have ever been to globally, and head and shoulders above any physician in New York for me.
Dr. Baqir is the best primary care physician I have ever worked with! She goes above and beyond with her patients and I cannot recommend her enough.
They overcharge. Don’t go. Spent 10 minutes most at my follow up appointment and was billed for 40 minutes visit. The office is not responsive and will not call you back to answer your questions. Dr Mayer is a liar!! She doesn’t care about your condition and would put triple time on your bill. Avoid at all cost.
