THIS PLACE IS DESPICABLE. MY WIFE HAS BEEN GOING THROUGH SOME TOUGH MEDICAL HEALTH ISSUES & THESE DRS ACT LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE IS TO BLAME EVEN THOUGH BLOODWORK IS CLEARLY SHOWING WHATS GOING ON ... TRIED TO SHOVE MY WIFE OFF ONTO A NURSE PRACTIONER SAYING SHE PRACTICES LIKE A RHEUMATOLOGIST .. BUT SHE IS NOT & NOT ON THE LEVEL OF A RHEUMATOLOGIST. PERIOD. I HAVE EMAILED THE CHIEF OF THIS PRACTICE & PLANNING ON FILING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS UNTIL THEY CAN GIVE MY WIFE PROPER CARE. THEY DONT GIVE A FLYING FIG ABOUT ANYTHING GOING... read more
This is a review based on their infusion section. I would have to say I am very dissatisfied- this is a scary thing for some patients. I have not received treatment of any sort since 95- not only did no one tell me I had to sit here by myself, I had specifically asked if someone can be with me, which they replied with “yes.” I know cancer and MS patients going to Northwell facilities with a support person by there side. If we are worried about immuno compromised patients then EVERY nurse should be masked up. There is not one... read more
