This office is extremely disorganized and frustrating to deal with. I brought my son in over three months ago for foot pain, and we were told he needed custom orthotics. At that appointment, I was told they would be ready in 3–4 weeks and that if I didn’t hear from the office, I should call them. To me, that was already a red flag.
