The place has no signs for elevators or directions inside the building is a maze. The guys at the entrance are super rude, they should not be employed. They dont provide security or anything, and their only job is to guide visitors. Not all visitors who come here are repeat visitors. It’s a medical office, but waiting room has no cleaning. No sanitizers.
I have been a patient of Dr. Celso Tello for several years. He has treated my glaucoma with precision and patience, carefully explaining what is happening with my eyes each step of my treatment. Recently, he performed cataract surgery with a tweaking of my glaucoma resulting in a return to 20/20 vision and lower pressure in my eye. I highly recommend him and the surgical team at Northwell.
They are under staff in the ophthalmology department , that could lead to many mistakes. Man should be more hands on deck until problem be resolved, and my personal opinion I won’t be going back up till they get it under control. You cannot leave it two Surgical schedulers or front desk. Let’s get it together they make too much money..
Dr. Steven Odrich, MD is THE BEST in all respects. He has provided excellent, highest quality Ophthamology medical services to me, my wife, our 4 adult children for many years. His excellent communications skills help minimize any sense of concern or fear for the patients. In this COVID-19 era, his Riverdale, Bronx Office and Staff are following all CDC & NIH guidelines. I felt totally secure in his Medical Office. I'll seek him out for all my eye care & vision care needs, always! Joram J. Aris
