Called at 4:15, put on hold for 40 MINUTES and then they closed and left me on hold. Had to recall to find out they closed with me on the phone.
Clean facility, with patient nurses and staff. They follow strict COVID-19 regulations; only patients/clients are allowed in the waiting area. That being said, wearing a mask is mandatory. I was seen by Dr. Trye; she made sure to explain the procedures clearly. The doctor patiently listened and answered my questions thoroughly, easing some of the worries I had.
