I would recommend noone going to see these doctors. I tried to make an appointment to see someone due to my constant uti issues in which I was referred to this practice by my urogynocologist. The doctor would not even make an appointment for me. He told the front desk to tell me to go to either the emergency room or urgent care. I told them that my urogyno doctor referred me and they still said to go to the er or urgent care. This is probably the worse place to go to so I recommend noone going here. Dr. De Carolis is top notch! He asked lots of questions, took the time to hear out everything I was feeling, and was extremely personable and inviting. He is also skillful in his practice and was able to diagnose my symptoms before my bloodwork results even came back. The nurses at the office were also special, and unlike any others (especially Angie). They were able to comfort me through my fear of needles with patience, kind words, and encouragement, while also giving me the time I needed to relax and prepare. The team as ... read more
The doctors are great at this location, however, if you need to contact the office - it is pathetic. I've been trying to call for 2 days and the phone continually rings no matter what option I select, trying to send a message from the portal is not much better. Today I have to personally go to the office to get some papers signed because there seems to be no other way to get in touch. Horrible for a medical office to not answer phones - may be time to look for a private provider.
Joshua Rosenthal. I don’t recommend this provider. Don’t waste your insurance or money going to see him. My experience was very disappointing his attitude came across as rude and unprofessional, and I did not feel respected as a patient. There are better providers out there who will actually listen and treat you with professionalism.
I went to see Dr Rosenthal yesterday he wasn't very informative. I was trying to tell him what I was experiencing with my hearing and dizziness and he just kept on insisting for me to get a hearing test I felt he was just brushing me off not addressing the problem never asked me if I was getting dizzy or any of the symptoms except hearing loss definitely will not be going back to him.
